BMW R 1200 RT [2010-2013] - folding clutch and short brake lever set

Precise lever control for the BMW R 1200 RT

Developed by Evotech Performance, this lever set combines a full-length, fold-up clutch lever with a short, two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges support a pleasant grip and controlled operation.

Foldable clutch lever

If it comes into contact with a solid object, the clutch lever can move upwards, thereby reducing the risk of breakage. A preloaded spring with a bearing keeps it reliably in its working position. The lever can then be reset manually.

Short brake lever

The non-folding Evo-Short brake lever is designed for two-finger operation. Its ball end is closer to the vehicle than a standard length lever, meaning it protrudes less towards the end of the handlebars. There is also a defined snap point at the end of the ball.

Individually adjustable grip width

• Six adjustment positions on both levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever, with a tolerance of ± 1 mm
• Milled markings show the selected position
• Red anodized adjusters for different finger lengths

Machined aluminum construction

Lever blades and connections to the brackets are milled from solid aluminum material. Milling on the back reduces the weight without unnecessarily compromising the structural strength. The levers and bracket connections have a durable black anodization.

Assembly

The CNC-milled bracket connections are designed to precisely hold the standard components. This supports a precise and uncomplicated installation. Evotech Performance also provides video instructions for assembly.
