Components for off-road use

HAAN WHEELS produces wheels for common off-road motorcycle models. Depending on the version, RK Excel rims made of an aluminum alloy from the 7000 series are used. The machined, one-piece hubs are made from 6082 T6 aluminum alloy, machined on CNC machines and anodized. According to the manufacturer, stainless steel spokes made from a special stainless steel mixture offer 30% higher tensile strength than OEM spokes.

Oversized Koyo bearings and 7075 aluminum spacers support smooth operation and high durability. Each wheel is assembled by hand in the Netherlands by experienced professionals and carefully tested before shipping.
