The BREMBO Hypure brake caliper left is intended for the front brake system of the Aprilia RSV4 1100 ABS FACTORY from 2025. Its one-piece construction and radial design support clearly defined integration into the braking system.

Function and construction

The asymmetrical Hypure design reduces weight by 10% compared to reference calipers in the same class without compromising rigidity. Advanced heat transfer is designed for consistent braking performance. A patented spring/pad/pin system with a specially developed contact surface minimizes residual torque.

Design of the brake system
