Sporty lines meet specifically developed aerodynamic properties: The PUIG Z-Racing windshield gives the Yamaha MT-07 Tracer from 2016 to 2018 a striking racing character and is designed for improved wind guidance compared to the original windshield.

Well thought-out airflow for road and sporty posture

The double height contour directs the wind away from the helmet and the upper part of the upper body. Side channels absorb the airflow and direct it outwards to reduce air pressure in the shoulder area. The shape was tested in the virtual wind tunnel and tuned to improve the aerodynamic coefficient and wind protection.

Compared to the original model, the measured improvement in aerodynamic protection is on average 12.7% in an upright upper body position and 61% in the racing position.

• Height × Width: 406 × 290 mm
• 50mm lower than the original windshield
• Made from high-impact acrylic
• Rounded edge with 2mm radius in accordance with the mentioned TÜV safety control

The Z-Racing windshield is developed and manufactured by PUIG in Barcelona. A camera-based testing system supports quality control. According to the product specification, no additional edge binding is required for installation.
