MALOSSI Force Master 2 for the Vespa LX 150

The Force Master 2 electronic control adapts the injection to different Malossi 4-stroke and original cylinders. Four maps are available for tuning, each of which is designed for the combination of exhaust system, cylinder, cylinder head, camshaft and air filter.

Function and coordination

• Injection adjustment of ± 20% at min/medium/max.
• Depending on the vehicle, the rev limiter can be increased by 2,250 rpm.
• Original speed limiter: 9,250 RPM.
• Malossi speed limiter: 11,500 RPM.
• Four selectable maps for different engine and exhaust configurations.

Maps

• Curve 0: Original exhaust system, Malossi cylinder kit ø 63 mm with 125 cc, original cylinder head, original camshaft and original filter.
• Curve 1: Malossi exhaust system with db killer, Malossi cylinder kit ø 63 mm with 125 cc, original cylinder head, original camshaft and original filter.
• Curve 2: Original exhaust system, Malossi cylinder kit ø 63 mm with 150 cc, original cylinder head, original camshaft and original filter.
• Curve 3: Malossi exhaust system with db killer, Malossi cylinder kit ø 63 mm with 150 cc, original cylinder head, original camshaft and original filter.

Vehicle assignment

Suitable for the VESPA LX 150, built 2012-2015. It is intended to be used exclusively with a Malossi cylinder.

The Force Master 2 and the O₂-Controllers work together to manage and control the injection control for the machining steps intended by Malossi. The product is intended exclusively for racing in designated locations in accordance with the regulations of the relevant sports authorities.
