Hepco & Becker's tanking basic for the Suzuki GSX 8S model (built -up year 2023 to 2025) is a functional and at the same time simple solution to attach a tank bag. This system consists of a tanking and a customizable counter holder, which is mounted on the tank bag according to the tank shape and the handlebar. The tank cover remains fully accessible even with assembled tanking.

Comparison between lock-it and basic tankingen

Basic tanking differs from the Lock-IT system mainly by the type of locking. While the lock-IT fueling also works with magnets for centering, the locking is purely mechanical for the basic model. However, both systems use the same model -specific metal ring.

It should be noted that tank bags with lock-IT opposite holders cannot be installed on basic tankingen and vice versa. The components must come from the same system to be compatible.
