The MALOSSI aluminum cylinder kit with 63 mm diameter, CVF2 design and pin Ø 15 is designed for the Vespa PX E Arcobaleno 150 from the 1981-1997 model year range. The design combines an aluminum cylinder with a cylinder liner with a nickel-chrome coating and a design designed for flow and heat dissipation.

Connection and adjustment

The connection to the silencer is made via a flange connection set with four head screws on the cylinder and an O-ring seal on the exhaust. The system is designed for exhaust systems with a 37 mm inlet diameter. The precise centering between cylinder and head supports a precise connection on the machined contact surfaces.

The kit includes a basic set of gaskets of different thicknesses. This allows the compression to be adapted to different purposes.
