The V-FORCE 4X diaphragm valve system is tailored to the 2025 KTM 300 EXC SIX Days. It supports more direct throttle response and can help increase peak power as well as overall performance.

Function and benefits

• The system uses the existing OEM oil injector.
• Oil lines and injectors do not need to be adjusted for installation.
• No bleeding is required during installation.
• The slat cage design extends the life of the slats.
• The structure of the lamellar cage eliminates the need for an additional overmolding step. This allows manufacturing costs to be reduced and possible savings to be passed on to consumers.

Technical execution

The 4X reed valve system combines the function of the reed valve with the vehicle's existing oil injection system. The design supports uncomplicated installation as the existing lines and the OEM oil injector can be used unchanged.
