MALOSSI crankshaft for Vespa PK 125 with diaphragm valve

This MALOSSI crankshaft is designed for the Vespa PK 125 from 1982 to 1991. It is suitable for engines that have been converted to use a reed valve intake system instead of the original rotary valve. The full collar design supports the appropriate engine configuration and combines connecting rod and piston movement with intake control.

The connecting rod with a “viper head” is designed to withstand high loads. Tungsten inserts ensure shaft balance. The specially designed rear of the drive side facilitates the intake of fresh gases into the lower engine housing. Redesigned thread and key areas as well as particularly durable nuts complement the robust design.

Assembly instructions

For installation, the crankshaft seat on the ignition side of the engine housing must be drilled to Ø 87. The crankshaft is intended exclusively for competitions in the designated places in accordance with the regulations of the relevant sports authorities. Improper use should be avoided.
