MALOSSI Force Master 2 for Piaggio Liberty 125 IE 3 V E 3

The Force Master 2 electronic control is designed for tuning the injection on 4-stroke engines. It allows the injection to be adjusted so that the engine management can be tailored to the intended Malossi cylinder configurations.

Function and characteristics

Depending on the vehicle, the rev limiter can be raised by 2,250 rpm. The original limit is 9,250 rpm, with Force Master at 11,500 rpm. Four maps are available for different combinations of exhaust system and cylinder:

• Curve 0: Original exhaust system, Malossi cylinder ø 63 mm and 125 cc., original head, original camshaft and original filter
• Curve 1: Malossi exhaust system with db killer, Malossi cylinder with ø 63 mm and 125 cc., original head, original camshaft and original filter
• Curve 2: Original exhaust system, Malossi cylinder ø 63 mm and 150 cc, original head, original camshaft and original filter
• Curve 3: Malossi exhaust system with db killer, Malossi cylinder with ø 63 mm and 150 cc., original head, original camshaft and original filter

Technical data

• Injection adjustment: ± 20% at minimum, medium and maximum speed
• Speed limiter: + 2,250 rpm
• Four selectable maps
• Together with an O2 regulator, complete control of the injection is possible

Vehicle assignment

The Force Master 2 fits the Piaggio Liberty 125 IE 3 V E 3 (M 734), built between 2013 and 2014. It can only be used with the intended Malossi cylinder.

The product is intended exclusively for racing in designated locations in accordance with the regulations of the relevant sports authorities. Improper use is excluded.
