The MALOSSI aluminum cylinder ø 63 pin ø 14 4-stroke is a big-bore kit for the Vespa Sprint 125 3 V S from the 2020 to 2023 model year range. The design with 63 mm bore, 58.6 mm stroke and 182.67 cm³ displacement is intended for performance-oriented racing.

Machining is carried out on numerically controlled machine tools. The crossed smoothing with two diamond passes and the very limited tolerances are part of the design of the cylinder. In addition, the heat exchange surfaces were recalculated and improved.

Pistons and piston rings

The ultra-compact piston has three rings and is made of a special aluminum alloy with a high silicon content, low thermal expansion and tin coating on the sliding surfaces. It is weight-reduced and reinforced. The piston rings include a nitrided and chrome-plated steel I-ring, a special cast ring and a three-part wiper ring made of special chrome-plated steel alloy.

Suitable for Vespa Sprint 125 3 V S, built between 2020 and 2023. The use is intended exclusively for races at designated venues in accordance with the regulations of the responsible sports authorities. Depending on the version, the appropriate Force Master control unit is required for installation.
