The BOYESEN SuperCooler water pump cover + impeller kit was designed for the KTM 500 EXC F of the complete year range 2017–2023 developed. As part of the engine cooling system, the kit supports increased coolant flow and therefore a cooler engine running at a more consistent temperature.

Function of SuperCooler Kit

Water pump cover and impeller are designed as a high flow hydrodynamic water pump set. BOYESEN tested and developed the system to pump more coolant. This makes the kit suitable for riders who want to specifically adjust their KTM's cooling system to a higher coolant flow.
