NEWFREN Pro Race clutch kit for Beta RR 390 4 T Racing

The NEWFREN Pro Race steel and friction disc clutch kit is designed for the 2020-2021 Beta RR 390 4 T Racing. It combines friction plates and steel discs from the Pro Race Line, the racing product within the NEWFREN clutch series.

Function and design

The friction material mainly consists of cellulose, resins, carbon and other components. The material selection is designed for a very high coefficient of friction and lower compressibility. A special disc design improves oil flow and thereby supports more efficient operation of the clutch.

The combination of friction material and disc design increases the stability of the pads. This means that the kit is also designed as a racing solution for demanding operating conditions. The development took place in collaboration with successful teams from the Superbike, Moto 3 and MXGP world championships.
