PUIG engine protection for demanding rides

The vehicle-specific PUIG engine protection protects sensitive areas on the underside of the BMW R 1300 GS Trophy [2025]. Among other things, it covers the engine housing and the exhaust manifold area, thereby reducing the risk of damage from stones, mud and other influences - especially when driving off-road.

Durable aluminum construction

PUIG designs and manufactures this engine guard in Barcelona from high quality 4mm thick aluminum. The component combines high resistance with a comparatively low weight. Its shape integrates into the lower area of ​​the motorcycle and supports its independent adventure character.

Thoughtful design of the bottom

The flat underside makes it easier to lift the motorcycle from below if necessary. Integrated openings support air circulation and help drain away water, mud, sand and small stones. It is also possible to change the oil without removing the engine protection.

Stable attachment and two versions

Specific metal brackets with corrosion protection fix the engine protection on the motorcycle. Additional vibration-damping rubber elements absorb forces, distribute them across multiple attachment points and counteract annoying noises. Assembly is uncomplicated and requires no special mechanical knowledge.

You can choose between a structured black and a matt silver version. Both variants offer additional protection against the effects of the weather.

The engine guard is not compatible with the PUIG crash bar reference 21870.
