PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Controlled lever feel for the Kawasaki Z650

Developed by Evotech Performance, the Evo Set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges support comfortable operation and a defined grip.

Well thought-out protective functions

  • The clutch lever can move upwards when it comes into contact with a solid obstacle and can then be manually returned to its starting position.
  • A preloaded spring and bearing hold the clutch lever securely in its normal position.
  • The non-folding short brake lever has a defined breaking point at the end of the ball.
  • Due to its shorter design, the end of the lever is closer to the vehicle and therefore further away from the end of the handlebars.

Six-way adjustable grip width

Both levers have six-position red anodized adjusters. Milled markings indicate the selected position. The typical adjustment range is 17 mm at the lever center with a tolerance of ±1 mm.

Precisely manufactured construction

  • Lever blades and connecting elements are milled from solid aluminum material.
  • Recessed millings on the back reduce the weight while maintaining strength.
  • CNC-manufactured connecting parts enable the original components to be precisely attached.
  • CNC-manufactured bolts, safety clips and other small parts provided are made of stainless steel.
  • Black anodizing protects levers and mounts; the reach adjusters are anodized red.
  • The dimensions of the ball ends comply with legal requirements.

Scope of delivery and assembly

A set is delivered consisting of a folding Evo clutch lever and a non-folding Evo short brake lever with the associated bracket holders and reach adjusters. The precisely milled mounts are designed to accept the intended original components. Video assembly instructions are provided for download by the manufacturer.

Compatibility

Suitable for the Kawasaki Z650 from 2026.
