V-Force 3 membrane block for the Kawasaki KX 250

The V-Force 3 membrane block is designed for the Kawasaki KX 250 (KX 250 M) from the 2003-2004 model year range. A further development of the V-Force diaphragm blocks, it uses a double-V design with venturi nozzles to accelerate the flow of the fuel-air mixture.

Function and structure

The double-V design guides the fuel-air mixture through the diaphragm block. The integrated Venturi nozzles support a faster flow. As a result, the diaphragm block is designed for spontaneous engine response and high-revving performance characteristics.
