The YSS rear double shock absorber gas is intended as a replacement solution for the rear suspension of the Honda VT 1100 C Shadow (SC 23). The stereo spring struts of the TOP line Z series combine a gas emulsion damper with an integrated pressure vessel and linear damping in the event of an impact.

Function and setting options

The damper has adjustable spring preload and rebound for application-specific tuning. The base and spring are tailored to the respective application. This allows the rear suspension to be adjusted to suit the intended vehicle application.
