BOYESEN membrane block with carbon slats for GAS GAS EC 300

The BOYESEN Rad Valve membrane block is developed as a model-specific intake component for the GAS GAS EC 300 built in 2021-2022. Its internal design supports efficient guidance of the intake flow and combines aerodynamic surfaces with a design tailored to the respective model, year of manufacture and displacement.

Function and construction

• The housing is made of 100% aluminum.
• Aerodynamically designed inner surfaces and four-fold, directional flow dividers distribute the mixture flowing in at an angle evenly without loss of flow.
• Model-specific membrane slats with variable tension support the intake behavior.
• The membrane slats are made of aerospace carbon material, are rubber coated and fuel resistant. This supports a permanent seal.

Technical features

The construction is designed for an optimized intake system. Depending on the application, it can contribute to more efficient intake, higher peak performance and better acceleration of the respective motorcycle. The aerodynamic design of the intake paths forms the basis of Boyesen's development.

Vehicle assignment and assembly

Suitable for GAS GAS EC 300, built in 2021-2022. A carburettor neck clamp and gasket are included. No modifications are required for assembly.
