Waterproof Khali travel luggage with quick-release rack

This complete luggage system for the BMW R 12 G/S combines two 100% waterproof Khali side bags with integrated aluminum backing plates, lockable stainless-steel quick-release systems and a precision-fit stainless-steel rack. Each bag expands from 35 to 45 liters and is designed for use on adventure touring, classic and dual-sport motorcycles.

Waterproof and robust construction

The bags are made from high-frequency heat-sealed TPU with Hypalon surfaces. TPU offers elasticity, toughness and abrasion resistance and is non-toxic. Hypalon is durable, waterproof and resistant to weather, chemicals and UV rays.

Aluminum backing plates and quick-release system

A powder-coated aluminum alloy backing plate is integrated into each bag. The stainless-steel quick-release system allows installation in just a few seconds and features a lock. The bags can be attached to classic Atlas tubular racks without additional adapters and can also be adapted to most round-tube racks with an 18 mm diameter, including corresponding original BMW racks.

Precision-fit rack for the BMW R 12 G/S

The complete rack set is made from stainless steel and finished with a matte black epoxy powder coating. It integrates with the motorcycle and, in addition to the Khali bags, is also prepared for other compatible aluminum panniers, TPU soft bags, soft bags and adjustable bag holders.

The rack installs without modifications to the motorcycle. A separately available spacer is required for use with the low Akrapovic exhaust from the BMW catalog.

Compatibility and information

Fits the BMW R 12 G/S model years 2025 to 2026. On US models, the very wide rear turn signals may prevent the installation of large side bags or high-mounted exhaust systems. In this case, the manufacturer recommends turn signals from the European model or similarly narrower versions. Due to continuous detail improvements, images may show an earlier version.
