Handcrafted titanium exhaust manifold for EURO 5 models

This titanium exhaust manifold kit was developed for BMW R nineT models from 2021 with EURO 5. It does not require a catalytic converter, saves 3.2 kg in weight compared to the original and shows its craftsmanship through visible weld seams.

Material, appearance and function

• Handcrafted from titanium
• Without catalyst
• 3.2kg lighter than the original manifold
• Improves engine performance across the entire range
• When warm, it takes on the characteristic titanium blue color
• No remapping or modification of the ECU required

Exhaust valve at EURO 5

On the original manifold of the EURO 5 model, the exhaust valve is welded and therefore cannot be reused. The kit therefore contains an Elimination Valve Kit and is prepared for the third probe.
