PUIG R-Racer screen for the APRILIA RS 457 [2025]

The PUIG R-Racer screen combines a sporty shape with targeted wind protection for the APRILIA RS 457. It is based on the shape of the original pane, but is 60 mm higher. This directs the wind more strongly over the helmet and shoulders to reduce wind pressure and fatigue, especially on fast sections of the route.

Fit: Developed for the APRILIA RS 457 [2025]. The disc is integrated into the front section of the motorcycle and uses the same attachment points as the standard part.

Sporty R-Racer design

PUIG developed the shape of this disc based on its experience with racing components. Inspired by MotoGP and Superbike motorcycles, the profile is designed for sporty riding and aerodynamically efficient integration. The increased height improves rider protection without negatively affecting the aerodynamic coefficient of the motorcycle.

  • 60 mm higher than the original disc
  • 3mm thick impact resistant acrylic
  • Rounded edge with 2mm radius
  • Designed and manufactured in Barcelona

Four variants available

The R-Racer lens is available in different tints so that the look can be chosen to match the motorcycle:

  • Sure – Reference 22274W
  • Tinted – Reference 22274H
  • Strongly toned – Reference 22274F
  • Black – Reference 22274N

Precise fastening

The disc is mounted using the fasteners from the original disc. Additional bezels are not required. Its shape is tailored to a harmonious integration into the front of the APRILIA RS 457.
